Mobility Express testing on 3800 and Radius

Hi,

I am trying to find a document on how mobility express deployment handles wpa2-enterprise authentication. 

The question i have is: Do all APs authenticate against clients against the radius server directly, or does the leader of the ME deployment (the virtual controller running on the leader) handle all of those authentications? 

All help is greatly appreciated.

The ME leader would handle the .1x which will use the management IP address. It is just like how a WLC process.1x.
