MSE HA: Primary instance is not synchronized with the secondary server.

Hello Experts, 

I am configuring MSE HA through Prime. 

Prime is with code 3.4 and MSE with 8.0.110.10. 

The problem is the HA pair is just not happening and struck at 79% for almost 3 days. 

Is there a known issue for this? How can we have this going?
