Hi
More than give you the OID, I´ll teach you how can you find any Cisco OID for future references.

I am unable to download the MIB file , Is it working for you ?
Can you help me get the MIB file for C9800-CL-K9_IOSXE ?

You don't say what MIB you're trying to download or where from and what doesn't work? - but anyway ...
I think there is a problem with the MIB downloads from the link Flavio provided - they all seem to point to null!
But the SNMP Object Navigator is working fine for me so use that instead:

I am unable to download the MIB file ..
Even if it is downloadable , How will I get the OID for 9800 or 9200L (cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.03.03.SPA.bin) OID of used and available memory ?

Which MIB file? What happens when you click on the Download link?
Assuming you want to download the CISCO-PROCESS-MIB it's at ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/v2/CISCO-PROCESS-MIB.my
- Make sure you have a browser or FTP client which supports anonymous FTP
- Make sure you're allowed to access FTP servers from your network/proxy
- Make sure your PC firewall and anti-virus aren't blocking FTP access

If you read the article I posted the link to below from TAC you'll see the answer is there for 9800.
9200L may be the same or you may need to play around to find the right OIDs to poll.
