Dear All, I am unable to view my network printers on my mobile device when connected through the Cisco AP 3802i with WLC 5508. However, when I connect using D-Link or TP-Link routers, the printers show up and I can print from my mobile. I’ve tried to illustrate my issue with a diagram (please excuse any errors). I’m asking for a solution from Network Champions. In simple terms, why aren’t the network printers showing up on Android or iOS devices when connected through the Cisco AP?

Computers and Laptops are on LAN,
If you have the issue with Wifi, you need to get Laptop and connect to wifi and test it.
is the printers connected over Wifi or LAN ? what Model of the printers ?
can we have a call or remote session ?

Your diagram is wrong as it suggest that the D-Link is connected to the cisco 5508, which is impossible. The TP-link probably is connected to the switch directly.
In order to identify why the cisco AP is not able to discovery the printer, we need to know more about the WLC config. For example, if you have "Peer-to-Peer blocking" enable, it would not be possible to discovery the printer.
Another situation would be, the printer and the Cisco AP is not on the same network.

Flavio please check out the currect diagram,
Simple is that when users conencted through cisco wlc 5508 with 3802i AP. they are not able to view network printers while when users conencted through any other wifi like d-link they are able to view network printers
can you solve this issue or not ?
