not able to access the network through OEAP 1810

remote site is connected through OEAP 1810. to expand the network we try to connect a switch to OEAp. but it didnt work

As per the document 4 clients supported in each wired interface.

What kind of switch you connected & how many devices you plugged to switch ?

we connected Cisco Switch 3560cx model and 4 devices were plugged in.

switch is configured as Layer 2.
