Hallo,
I am testing OEAP but the section where I am to enable it is greyed out. Does anyone have an idea why this is the case? Thanks.

The Cisco 5520 supports the following access point models:
OEAP 600 Since the latter is old and the 1810 OEAP model is not mentioned in the list , this could be considered normal

Hallo @marce1000. I see that. So OEAP isn't supported by all APs. I will try it with that OEAP AP. Thanks for point that out.

- Ok, but for the 1810OEAP , you will apparently need another controller (as mentioned in first reply)

You haven't mentioned what AP model you're trying to configure or what version of software you're running on the 5520?
As per https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-10/config-guide/b_cg810/configuring_officeextend_access_points.html
"All the supported indoor AP models with integrated antenna can be configured as OEAP except the AP-700I, AP-700W, and AP802 series access points."

Hallo @Rich R, you answered my question that caused this problem in another post. I had the native VLAN in the WLC enabled, which automatically disabled OfficeExtend AP. On disabling the Native Vlan, all the APs could be used as OEAP.
