Only skype dropping issue over wireless

Hello Team,

 

Users are facing Skype dropping issue only other application are working properly plz help how to troubleshooting

Is this a standalone AP or a setup with WLC and several APs?
Mobility Express?
What exact software release is running on the WLC or AP or Mobility Express?
Is AVC or QoS configured? If yes, what are the policies?

Aps are in flex mode. There is only single controller in the central DC . At the site there are 7 aps where users are facing only Skype issue. Could u plz let me know any command to check other value like avc and qos

show version #will show the software version or have a look at the web interface. Switch to Advanced view and have a look at the Monitor tab.
AVC and QoS you best check in the web interface under the SSID configuration.

Switch to advance view it is in wlc ?

Depending on your release (I think the new "home" view started with 8.1 or 8.2), you are in the new Home view upon login. On the top right you will have the point "Advanced" to get into the configuration mode on the WLC. If you have an older release you are automatically in this Advanced mode and should see several tabs, like Monitor, WLANs, Controller, …..
