I have error wired0 stopped & wired0 started stuck and can't get ip

Please note can configure it full configuration but when get the ethernet cable off and On again it can't back to take ip

Do a factory default reset of the AP using the button, then start again.
If you still see the error(s) attach the full console log from power-on here as a text file.
Do not paste hundreds of lines of logs into the thread.
State the model of AP you're working with.

Ping on wlc & ap have 80% loss packet

I make that and assign ip for CR and Ap the i import the bckp , but my issue after make full configuration and try to move the the ethernet cable to can plug it again, the device not take ip and makes the below

Waiting for ipv4 configuration

Duplicated configuration for wired

Wired0 started & stopped

So that what I faced
