Power Saving Mode for Access Points?

I was wondering if there are any features to help saving energy with Cisco access points.

I know there are Power Saving Modes for VoIP phones.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/unified-ip-phone-6900-series/solution_overview_c22-589129.html

Is there something similar for access points?

It would be great if the access points could be put in a power saving mode at night, where wifi still works, but offers less bandwidth for example.

I think this is exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, I think it will take a while until we can and will upgrade to IOS XE 17.8 on our controllers.

Still need support for older APs.

But that is another issue.

We have split out deployment in 2 WLCs one to host IOS-APs and running 17.3 train, and other for COS-APs progressing through new major releases.

Not sure how anyone could save from 30.0wac power utilization when the PoE is on at all times.
