Yes, enable QoS on wireless is much more than configuring a QoS profile on a WLAN. Please understand  these QoS design guidelines & implement them on your network.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/solutions/Enterprise/Mobility/emob73dg/emob73/ch5_QoS.html

Once implemented you need to verify end-to-end QoS is preserve, so it involves QoS config/verification on your wired network as well.

You can refer some of my blog posts related to this topic. It will help you to get better understanding on what it involve configuring QoS

The controller supports four QoS levels:

  • Platinum/Voice—Ensures a high quality of service for voice over wireless.

  • Gold/Video—Supports high-quality video applications.

  • Silver/Best Effort—Supports normal bandwidth for clients. This is the default setting.

  • Bronze/Background—Provides the lowest bandwidth for guest services.

To be clear those "levels" do nothing more than insure packets aren't over marked and have zero to do with marking up. Unless a non wmm client attaches ..
