Hi All,
We have a small issue while creating guest account through WCS. Since the WCS is located in a different region than that of the controller, while creating guest accounts, the WCS considers the local server time and not the time on the WLC.
I know while creating the guest account the WCS displays the server time, but the receptionists are going to get confused and also they when they email/print the account details the time is not local to the site they are at. Is there anyway to get around this issue? I could not find any settings on WCS to achieve this
Thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately this is not possible.
You should make a time shift based on your location and local time.
WCS always show local server time.

Amjad,
Thank you for your response.
It is unfortunate that Cisco didnt give much thought into it. It is odd to give out a print out of the guest account details with British time to a guest in the US.
