Radio0-not installed

Under NETWORK INTERFACES on a AIRONET 1200 I get 'Radio0-not installed' and 'Radio1-not installed'. This is brand new access-point running 12.2(11)JA . I have reset it to factory defaults and reloaded all the firmware.

Any help?

Which antenna you are trying to install:802.11B or 802.11A? And whether you module is also the same one? Also, try reseating the card and see if it works.

Brand new ?? What part number did you order ??

You can order just the chassis with no radios or the chassis with either radio all three option have different part numbers??

If you are not sure open the trap door on the bottom do you see a radio ? do you have the green square antenna of the 802.11a radio sitting out one end ??
