Is there any way to restrict the bandwidth usage Guest wireless users in Cisco DNAC. any pointers to configuration example or article will be good. If it is not possible in DNAC, can we achieve this in WLC.

What are you using to authenticate the guest users?
Your AAA server (eg ISE or 3rd party service) can set the QOS attributes in radius Access Accept.

Hi,
As a good practice try to limit the bandwidth on the wired network not on wireless. Based on my tests it will increase the channel utilization and degrade the the user experience for everybody (I would give you more details but I've done the tests some years ago to validate the claims of an expert from Ruckus and I forgot the details). Also, if you allow streaming services on the quest network do not put the limit low (5 Mb for example) because you will increase the overall traffic. Use some more advanced traffic shaping techniques or Cisco's QoS capabilities.
Regards!
