Restrict specific users in ISE for a specific SSID to only one web sit

Hi:

I need to know if there is any way to restrict a specific set of users in ISE that conects to a Guest WiFi to access only one web portal. I have a 9800 WLC with version and ISE with version 2.4.0.357.

as mentioned other post, you need to do different ways, but best some user source based on AD or Local Groups you can restrict with profiles.
