RMI+RP HA in C9800

Hello, Below screenshot is where we can configure HA for vWLC C9800. Why "Local IP" and "Remote IP" cannot be input?  Is this because its virtual one? Thank you

You didn’t mention what code you are running. Have you reviewed the High Availability guide for the version you are using?  That will explain how exactly to configure RMI+RP.

Those will be auto filled as 169.254. and the last two octect of the RMI IP Adrresses.

version is 17.5- I think Grendizer is right.
