Slow wireless download speed

HI,

I have a problem here. The wireless download speed from the intranet server is very slow, but the upload speed is normal. The wired network upload and download are normal.

my wlc is 3504 ，ap is AIR-AP2802I-H-K9，Software Version is 8.10.185.0

what client device you are testing ? where is the Server Located ?

How about same test using Lan Wired network ?

is the client connected 2.4 or 5gh ?  - have you tried different place ? (i mean different AP)

the device i am testing is my PC and my colleague's PC.

The server is an intranet server. its gateway on the core switch. PC's gateway on the firewall.Static route is  between the firewall and the core switch.

yes, I have connected to different APs and the download speed is also slow

Wired network download and upload are very fast，1000Mb/s

                       (older aireos controller should use last release available for the platform)
