Smartnet for eol device

I have WLC 2504 version which already eol. Anyone know if we still can purchase smartnet for getting support from cisco support such as software download, open case and RMA?

@hs08 unfortunately, you cannot renew/purchase/RMA/Open support case cisco support for this device anymore. After pass End of life date, you cannot purchase/renew services for those cisco devices.

No once the cisco not supported, Cisco directly not going to support to replace using RMA

But some partners does this on their own replacement, best is you can buy another WLC in used market and keep spare is easiest way.

If the Software fixes also end, then there is no released will be available for you to download.

may be plan for uplift to Cat 9800 WLC.

It depends on who is providing the SNT. 

Cisco does not sell Service Contract to EoL products, however, some big "whales" can still get SNT (RMA and TAC support) through Channel Partners.
