Unable to access CISCO AP 2802i

Dear Cisco Community,

I am unable to connect to three separate cisco AP2802i Access points using console port.

Note that console cable is working as I am able to use it to access cisco switches. I have also tried to hard reset one device and still no access.

All that appears is a black screen

 - Check this thread for hints : https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless/how-to-access-to-access-point-via-console-cable/td-p/2363039
Also check the LED state on the AP  ,

Me and others have answered this many times before on other threads but here we go again:
Cisco APs are very fussy about console cables.  Even if the cable works fine with other Cisco devices like routers and switches it may not work with Cisco APs.

I use https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07MYQPYKR but generally any cable using genuine (not counterfeit) FTDI chipset will work.  Before ordering any cable check the reviews to confirm that somebody has tested the cable with Cisco APs.
