unable to connect on WIFI

Hi All,

I'm still new on CISCO WLC. Our local I.T upgraded the OS of our laptops from 10 to win 11 and now they can't connect to our company private wi-fi, not guest.

Our server engr said that my sr. net engr did something about login encryption . I'm not sure if this is on our cisco WLC CT 3504 settings or on our cisco ISE.

I need your help and suggestion.

 - @Weezy-F    You need to debug the problematic wireless clients with instructions from :  https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/213258-collect-debugs-from-wireless-lan-control.html
These debugs can be analyzed with Wireless Debug Analyzer

So when I do a debug o cisco WLC CTR air 3504 , I'm seeing it keeps looping on re-auth process and on cisco ISE it was on AUTH failed.

I reach out to TAC and they mentioned that this seems to be on windows 11 machines. Still waiting for their update.

What is the error message?

What firmware is the WLC on?

 - @Weezy-F    You should also use the last release for any aireos controller, in this case 8.10.196.0 because support
                         is being phased out.

And what did ISE error message say, did it say that the password was incorrect?

It says auth failed.

Cisco said that this needs to get fix by local I.T and infrastructure team.
