unsupported cisco device (prime 2.2 with wlc 3504)

I have a WLC 3504 v8.5.140 I want to intergrase to the prime 2.2 but it shows me "Cisco device without support"

in

Reachability: marked in green

Admin status: managed

Last inventory collection: "unsupported cisco device"

Why do you show me this message? Is that why I do not see the APs of that WLC in the prime ??unsupported cisco device

Hi.

The 3504 WLC was first supported in prime 3.2 and will not work on prime 2.2.

To have the 3504 wlc in prime you need to upgrade to 3.2 or newer.
