Everytime I try to upgrade to this I recieve an error approx. 2 min into the upgrade:
Error: The software upgrade was interupted and was not able to be completed.
My current version of OS is IOS version 13.JA. I have never had a problem with upgrading these access points before.
I have model AIR-1230B-A-K9
Thanks!!

Make sure that your browser has popups enabled. If it still comes up with the error message, then use the instructions for using a TFTP server to upload the firmware.

The best way I have found to do the upgrade is using TFTP. Just put the IP Address of the TFTP server, then browse to the file and it should take off for you.

I agree, I had issues doing the web upgrade, but ther TFTP worked like a charm.
make sure that your tftp server service is running (you can download free tftp server software off the net)
Make sure your new ios file is in the tftp folder, and then telnet to your ap and run this command.
archive download /overwrite /force-reload tftp://xx.xx.xx.xx/c1200-k9w7-tar.122-15.JA.tar
It will load the new ios and then restart the ap. It should also keep your configuration although I've seen some ap's affected by losing some of it's configuration, so make sure you have a config backup.
Good luck!

The release notes state that the web upgrade can not be used for ver 12.2(15)JA due to its size >4MB

As long as you clear the memory, you should have enough room to upload 4mb to the Access Points. I have done it here. I ust find it easier to use a TFTP server to do the upgrade.

Thanks I was able to use the forced upgrade via telnet and tftp as suggested. Thank you very much for the responses.
