Hi We have cisco wlc 2500 and joined AP2600. The wlc is connected to a switch. The client can get ip address from dhcp server located at the switch and the switch can ping internet, but after the user get ip address from the dhcp server, the user can only ping the switch gateway, CANNOT ping internet. Anyone can tell if this is wireless wlc issue or something else? Thank you

- You need to make sure routing-to-the-internet is fully OK, for the client IP's and or no firewalling-solutions blocking Internet access

check if there is nat created for wireless network.

Thanks for your reply. The PCs are connected to the switch. These PCs can ping 8.8.8.8 via wired cable, but cannot ping via wireless.

“switch can ping internet” - from switch can you ping internet with source ip of pc subnet ?
