Voice interruption - AP's flapping

Hi there,

We are using a Cisco Wireless Network with WLC 5500 (6.0.199.0) and AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 Access Points.

Our Call-Center reported several problems with WLAN-Phones having interruptions on calls. First i checked the "site investigation" status on the WLAN-phone and stumbled on a very strange phenomen. On each floor are about 4 Access Points which should, in my opinion, be managed by the WLC.

Now on the "site investigation" the AP's are flapping, means they come and go in seconds. Even the Access Point closest to my desk(about 6 meters) is not holding it's status more then 2 or 3 seconds.

Does anybody knows a solution to this problem?

Thank you!

You mean APs are leaving and rejoining the controller all the time ?

Then :

-AP console output

-On wlc : debug capwap events enable and debug capwap errors enable
