What equipment do you have, model, firmware, etc?  The more information you can provide, the better.

This is various many factors, how the wireless is deployed and what equipment you using here.

the question here is :

is this only for you

is this only application having issue ?

is this works any other place as expected ?

And it might have nothing to do with network or wireless ...

I've never seen that app before but looks like a 3rd party client for accessing whatsapp.

That app could have dodgy code in it that's using your phone to send SPAM, malware etc.

If you use some strange app then best you check/know what it's going to do with your device.

The web app you are using is demanding. Some web apps, such as video streaming apps, require a lot of bandwidth. If your internet connection is not fast enough, the app may not be able to stream the video smoothly.

Your laptop is running other programs in the background. These programs may be using up bandwidth, which can slow down your internet connection.

Not sure about your environment - the Post was year back ? if you having same issue, suggest to open a new thread referring this thread and explain your environment Model of WLC ? AP ? code running and tell us what end client device - what WIFI card that has ?

Change the frequency band that you are using. If you are using the 2.4 GHz frequency band, try switching to the 5 GHz frequency band. This band is less crowded and can provide faster speeds.
