Whether more noise level will cause teams call disconnection.

Todays users reported teams call disconnection and during that time got the report from dnac for high noise level

what all the parameters will cause more noise issue in 5ghz.

Ap model:3700

It's interference, you would need to scan the air to see what is causing the issue. DNAC can give you some information from a 3700 as long as clean air is turned on.

Some things to also gather while you troubleshoot is, make sure you don't see any radar traps during that time.  Also look at the client count on that given ap.  When users have issues, are they all close by each other or on different locations?  If other users in other locations don't have issue, then you can focus more on the area where users are complaining.  It can be more that just wireless or interference contributing to that.  I would also look at what devices, drivers, Teams version users have and try to isolate if there is a combination that works well and if there is a combination in which users just complain.

Just looking at the surface, there are many vital information that have been left out or not included:

  • Is this only affecting MS Teams?
  • Is this "across the board" or just affecting MS Teams user(s) in a particular part of the building?
  • What channel width is enabled on the WLC?
  • What channel are the affected APs on?
  • Has anyone verified this issue is happening or is this just "hear-say" from someone?
  • What kind of platform is used, laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc?
  • What OS is the issue predominantly present, Android, MAC OS, Apple iOS, Windows, Linux?

And consider updating to latest TAC recommended version of code to get latest bug fixes but take note of the various field notices below.
Also consider whether there could be congestion on your backhaul or Teams itself.
