wireless client web auth come out again and again

My WLC mode is 5508, code is 7.4.110.0(7.0.230.0 upgrade to 7.4.110.0)

One SSID needs web auth,but when the clients connected to this SSID,it can redirect to web auth page, after user login ,login page pop up again.

this problem is not happened before.  is there any settings on new version?

May be u r facing this issue:

client comes back they have to go through the Web Authentication Redirect Page again because key they have is old and is not valid any more.

Solution is to increase the broadcast key time interval. use this command to accomplish this. via the Cisco WLC 5508 Command Line Interface, this applies globally to all the WLAN’s :

config advanced eap bcast-key-interval seconds (120 to 86400)

if it is an apple device, then try enabling captive portal bypass. And enable tcp mss.
