This is a bad thing?
What is the issue, do you want your clients to be able to manage the WLC?

i had implemented more than 20 controllers, were i didn't find this case before, so i just need to know why it should not work.
basically i don't need wireless clients to access WLC management interface,, but why it is not working ??? while i can ping it,, but no SSH or GUI
thanks,

Just came across same scenario!
Access to WLC management interface from its own wireless clients is blocked by default. But it can be enabled manually,
Management-->Mgmt via Wireless (on left side)---> click the check box on page to enable (self explanatory)

Hi,
As per config attached Mgmt via wireless is enabled , secure webmode is also enabled. Please try accessing WLC via https:// , http would not work.
By the way Cisco would not recommend enabling Mgmt via wireless access unless there is a requirement from the Customer.
Thanks and regards,

Have you tested with client on same subnet of wireless management interface? if so what is the status.
Is it possible to collect uplink capture from WLC? Working and non working scenario (working: When tried with dynamic inerface && Non working: When tried with management interface)
