Will a Cisco 2602i access-point interfere with another Cisco 2062i access-point if both have the A radio enabled but have different SSID's? They are physically installed with 10 feet of each other but, are used for different purposes. the SSID's are in different AP-GROUP's.

assuming they are connected to a controller, the controller will change the frequency they use so they dont overlap.

They are connected to a controller but I don't want the frequency to change. They both need to run 5Ghz. The Channel assignment is dynamic and SSID is different. Should I manually set the power or can I have RRM enabled. I don't want the access-points power to drop way down due to the access-points to seeing each other.

theres 23 none overlapping channels on the 5mhz so two AP's close to each wont affect each other. the different SSID's wont make any difference. Interference is all down to AP's using the same channel. The controller will change the channel on each AP so they dont overlap.
