Hi

Roam is a client decision. This historical problem could be solved already if every client vendor and infrastructure vendor made us a favor and followed IEEE standard.

Take a look in Fast transition (802.11r).

This is supported on Cisco WLC, you may need enable it.

Make sure your client support it as well.
