Our 2504 WLC keeps trying to boot after loading the OS (8.0.110.0). Device had worked for over a year and then apparently died on July 6. We have tried booting from both OS images on the box. Please see the attached log that displays as soon as the 8.0.110.0 image is loaded. Is there anything we can do to get it going? Thanks.

The firmware 8.0 is corrupt. At the bottom of the attachment file, there's an option to boot the secondary image, 7.6. I'd recommend you do that. In the meantime, re-download a later version of 8.0. After downloading the file, make sure you check the MD5 hash value of the file against the MD5 hash value found in the Cisco website. This will ensure the file you've just downloaded isn't corrupt in any way. If the MD5 hash value checks out fine, upload to the controller again.
And don't forget to upgrade the FUS code.

Thanks so much for the quick answer. Since the device does not give me a prompt, I presume I would upgrade the firmware using the Boot Loader Menu, right? How would I upgrade the "FUS" code? If you can direct me to a document, that would be great. Thanks for the help.
