Hi all,

Our WLC 5520 has been recently upgraded to 8.5.171.0, I can see for smart-licensing parameter the DNS server IP has been reset, then the call-home is not working.

I can also see it's reset on the General configuration :

If I enter the DNS server IP, if there anything that could occur ? A reboot to be needed or something that could disrupt the overall WLC, or I can enter it without any disruption expected ?

- Normally if a reboot would be needed , you will get prompted by the controller when trying to complete this setting , you still then have the option to abort , if so desired.

Thanks for your answer. I eventually did the test in Lab and be able to configure it without any disruption !
