WLC 5520 upgrade 3802 predownload question, version bug ?

Hello,

I'm currently upgrading our WLC 5520 from 8.2.130.0 to 8.2.170.0, predownloading on AP 3802, I can see this status :

AP4 is still in Predownloading status while it seems the backup image is updated with correct version.

The "complete" APs show version "167.43.3.47" instead of "8.2.170.0", do you have an idea why it's showing this version ?

I cannot reset the AP via config AP reset ? We need to shutdown it via power down ?

The AP will not accept any commands coming from the controller.
The only way is to power reboot the AP, by turning off/on PoE, or by rebooting the controller.

This is a known bug.
Either manually reboot the AP (by killing the power) or reboot the controller using the "system reset forced" command.

Many thanks Leo, I cannot reboot the controller now.
