Hello All;
We have a new WLC 9800. Transfered APs from old WLC to WLC 9800.
Some of APs are broadcasting some of them are not broadcasting.
One of them seems not broadcasting but when i checked on the field it is actually broadcasting.
Some of them are still not broadcasting.
All configurations are same (Policy, tags vs.)
I tried;
-Reset AP.
-Reset to factory default APs.
-Changed policy and changed back.

as I know lastly if the AP dont get PoE it will stop broadcast
so try use direct AC instead of PoE and see if AP start broadcast

Hi, We're using 9120 IE and 2802 IE model APs. I don't think there is a PoE issue because I didn't changed switch or port. When i transfer this APs to old WLC (Cisco 5520 Wireless Controller) everything running normal.

As @MHM Cisco World said this could be due to insufficient power on the AP. Which AP model are you using? Have you checked which PoE capabilities has the switch? Is it the switch LLDP and/or CDP capable? HAve you tested with another patch cord? (maybe a faulty pair in the Ethenret cable may be impacting power budget or negotiation)

What is the AP model and WLC code you are running on?
Are you sure these APs were broadcasting all SSIDs when they were connected to your old WLC?
If they were, it's unlikely to be a PoE issue. However, it’s still good to check and confirm they are receiving proper PoE.
Additionally, verify that the AP radio slots are enabled by issuing the following commands.
show ap dot11 5ghz summary
show ap name <ap-name> config slot <slot_number> | i Radio

Make sure proper TAGs applied to this AP "032047".
Run "Show ap tag summary" and look for this AP.
If TAGs are same, then I would factory reset the AP and verify.

Hello All;
Still i see blank when i type "sh ap name 032047 wlan dot11 5ghz".
After this i typed "show wireless client summary | i 032047" i saw there are connected clients to this AP on WLAN 19
MAC Address AP Name Type ID State Protocol Method Role
------------------------------------------------------
38b4.xxxx.xxxx 032047 WLAN 19 Run 11ac None Local
38b4.xxxx.xxxx 032047 WLAN 19 Run 11ac None Local
After all tihs, i guess there is a problem with IOS. It says the AP is not broadcasting WLAN 19.
But there are two client associated with "032047" on WLAN 19.
