WLC - Any WLAN config is Unstable sometimes

Hello Professionals,

Our company is using WLC 2504 controller and most of WLANs can be used by registering mac-filtering.

Some of users are configured 'Any WLAN' and specific interface in order to connect each WLAN for their purpose.

However, sometimes when user trys to connect other WLAN (change WLAN), it takes long loading time or fail to connect.

Then the user needs to try again and again till they get connection.

Is there any way that I can improve for Any WLAN mac client?

 - 2504 is old , use latest release that it can still run : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283848165/type/280926587/release/8.5.171.0 (if not yet done). For the rest you will have to resort to client debugging for clients with connectivity problems.  You can have client-debugs processed with : https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessDebugAnalyzer/

Did you enable fast SSID changing?
