WLC AP LSC License

I'm confused between the menu (Certificate>LSC) where you define CA & APs provisioning for LSC with specific MAC and the menu (AAA>AP Policies) where you can trust the AP LSC also with AP MAC.

Any explanation, please?

I came across these documents but still i don't know the difference. What will the (AP Polices) Trust LSC with AP MAC achieve and the (Certificates>LSC) will not achieve or vise versa?
