I am looking for help setting up the internal DHCP server. It keeps telling me the scope network and mask are incorrect. I have tried various setting and have looked around for a cfg example.
My MGMT int is 10.96.30.10
AP-MGR is 10.96.30.15
The scope and AP mgr interface can be any ip range, i do not need anything specific.
I have been trying 10.96.30.20-30
on network 10.96.30.10 / 255.255.0.0
Also does the 2006 support layer2?

I recommend to use external DHCP server, according to below link. There is DHCP relay issue if WLC as a DHCP server.

Moreover, the 2006 supports LWAPP layer 3 only. The 44xx supports layer 2 & 3.
More info. from Q&A :

Hope this helps.
