we have WLC 5508 S.W ver 7.6.110.0 . Field Recovery Image Version 7.6.95.16.
recently system is hung up and stop working and APs are disappeared. we can't do any thing until we power off WLC and power on it .
Sys led is blinking amber and ALM ls is off.
we need to your help us to solve this problem.

It seems your controller crashed. Have a look at the "Checking the Controller LEDs" table from the following URL
There is a crash file that is stored and can be exported. This is what TAC will ask for if you open a case.
Search for WLC crash file or WLC crash log:

Any reason your still running 7.6? I guarantee any Cisco support cases going to say its EOL and to upgrade.

I suspect the lack of a valid Service Contract to download the firmware (WLC 55088 Upgrade).
Had maged altwaiti confirmed this is the case, I could have offered an option to download the firmware (legally, of course) for free.
