WLSE and intentionaly slow bitrate

I am deploying an AP1231 infrastructure managed by the WLSE. The goal is to cover some factory for wireless handheld barcode scanners in telnet client mode. So data throughput is not important. My intent is to use as low power as possible. Is it possible to use the WLSE radio management like self healing, assisted configuration etc. ? It seems to be oriented for max throughput only.

WLSE is maily for the APs, so you can use the RM features to get the best/optimal coverage recommendations

OK, but I preffer low radiation before the throughput performance. I set all APs manualy for the 5 mW power but the Self Healing set the power values bak up to 50 mW.
