3550 SSH and Crypto issue

Hi guys,

I'am trying to enable SSH on my 3550 EMI switch and my IOS version is c3550-ipservices-mz.122-44.SE6.bin which I uploaded to the switch today and Cisco says it has crypto feature.

I can't enable crypto and SSH.

Can you help or give me a hint please.

For anyone that runs into this post...the answer is that even with an IP services EMI image you still need the "K" version to have crypto services.

So..the firmware he has will not work for SSH.

seems like this hit the wrong forum, this is for XR, but the answer to this problem is this:

-ipservices-

you dont have the crypto image. SSH requires the crypto images.
