A99-12X100GE with A99-SFC-S / A99-SFC-T without being oversubscribed

Can the A99-12X100GE modules run in the ASR-9910 or ASR-9906 at line rate (not oversubscribed) with 5 x A99-SFC-S or 5 x A99-SFC-T ?

We have options for A99-RSP-TR or A9K-RSP880-LT-TR.  Can this work with these RSPs running IOS XR 7.9.2 ?

We have tried A9K-RSP880-LT-TR with 5 x A99-SFC-T and 1 x A99-12X100GE, but we are seeing a RATE LIMITER message come up when the A99-12X100GE module is running.

these slides are showing SFC3 type fabric card which have 600G capacity, but we are running SFC type fabric cards with only 230G capacity
