ASR 9000 NP FAILED_RX_PATH

I have problem with below log and suddenly the NP stop forwarding packet please advise the solution and how to tshoot

Hi Oscar,

these errors are due to the diagnostic check described here

essentially the RP is sending a diagnostic packet to the NPU and since its not being returned it sets this alarm

this can mean the NPU is faulty or has a transient fault.

we would recommend re-loading the LC to see if it recovers. if it does not you may have to replace it with a spare
