ASR 9001 LC Stuck booting [MBI-Booting-->IOS XR PREP--->BRIDGING DOWN}

Hello Cisco community

  I have new ASR 9001 2 devices and run on version IOS-XR version 6.1.4 and I observe at LC LED is red and stuck to booting [MBI-Booting-->IOS XR PREP--->BRIDGING DOWN]. It's same behavior as 2 devices. I'm did Turboboot version 6.2.4 but LC LED still failed.

How can I fix it?

hi,
did you try to reload card : hw-module location reload under admin
and check booting log maybe its hardware problem.
