ASR 9K - A9K-2x100GE-TR Port issues with input errors without CRC

We are dealing with a migration from IOS XR ASR9k 10G  port to 100G port and facing the issue with INPUT errors, no CRC. We did some loopback test from the patch panel to our provider equipment, from the fiber back to our provider equipment, and no input errors are seen. Also performed some tests on the LC, fabric, optics etc.. and did not see errors, but when it connects back to the 100G port, errors start incrementing. We changed the ports to different LC, including to different ASR, and no luck. Please find the below details. Please help me to find out the problem. We have A9K-2x100GE-TR installed with software IOS XR ver 6.5.3 running

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:router# sh int Hu0/1/0/1 | i error
847 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored, 0 abort
0 output errors, 0 underruns, 0 applique, 0 resets

This issue has resolved. We escalated it back to our provider and they swapped their optics.

post full output - # sh int Hu0/1/0/1

what is the other side connected,  - what mode of connection SFP or Ethernet

Could you change the cables and check other side's compatible device is configured correctly?

Swapped fiber jumper/cables, SFP as well, and no luck. Part number: PRE-CFP100G-LR4. Our provider has Infinera OTN equipment connected all the way back to another ASR9K router.

ASR9k (our side A) < Infinera OTN Network > ASR9k (our side B)
