ASR9010/ASR9K Chassis MTBF

Does anyone know the MTBF/chance of failure for the chassis (not the line cards, route processors, fan trays, or power supplies)?

I need to design a HA network, but getting two redundant ASR's will put a significant dent in my budget. I am thinking about getting a single router instead but having redundant RSP's, line cards, PSU's, etc. within it.

Is the chance there is a failure within the chassis very high? What parts of the chassis (essentially anything that can't be hot swapped and requires replacing the entire chassis) can fail, if any at all?

In the Totally HA design suggested to have 2 Chasis, so you can achive all 9's sla, since you are having budget concern

as per personal experience we rarely see the chasis failied, until they mounted non standard rack, not planned the weight and place of the device properly.
