Cisco IOS-XR entity sensors w/o any data

I'm having an issue on an ASR-9902-LC, XR Version 7.7.2. No response at all when trying to walk entity sensors, it just comes back instantly empty.
I have been able to get other types of information like entity-physical, just not entity-sensors. It works for every other type of cisco in the network, including ASR1K.
I have also added the "SystemOwner" keyword but it didn't change anything.

snmp-server community [RO-COMMUNITY] RO SystemOwner IPv4 MANAGEMENT

using v2c and also v3

We would like to display all graphs, such as temperature or CPU, in Graphana. Unfortunately, no information is visible.

Also is there anything I can do to troubleshoot on the router why nothing is happening with this query? I'm trying to look at snmp trace logs and not coming up with any clues.

Do you have an idea or a solution

Kind regards
Markus

Hi

The mgbl package must be installed, and then it works perfectly. I can also confirm this from Graphana.

install activate asr9k-mgbl-x64-2.0.0.0-r7xx.x86_64

Thanks for the input.

Problem is fixed.

Kind regards,
Markus

What packages do you have installed, mgbl or just the base iso (mini)?

Thanks,
Sam
