CISCO NCS540 Inventory

Hi Guys,

I am seeing there are two different serial numbers for same PID on the "show inventory" comment in cisco ncs540.

But only one serial number is covered under cisco support and other is unidentified. Please anyone can help me to understand what is the other S/N referring?

NAME: "0/RP0", DESCR: "Conformal Coated NCS540 16G Series Router 24x10G,8x25G,2x100G"
PID: N540X-ACC-SYS , VID: V02, SN: FOXXXXXXX

NAME: "Rack 0", DESCR: "Conformal Coated NCS540 16G Series 24x10G,8x25G,2x100G Chassis"
PID: N540X-ACC-SYS , VID: V02, SN: FOC2XXXXXX

Most of the cisco contract, the chasis should be covered (so as per i know understand the chasis all components are covered)
