IOS XRv 6.1.1 NNI-Option-B Data Plane issue

Hello,
I have a setup where 2 IOS-XRv routers are Option-B NNI peers within a confederation.
The control plane works fine but the data plane is not forwarding any traffic received from the peer.
I ran a 'debug mpls drop' on ASB-18 and at the same time a ping test from CE-11 Lo0 to CE-12 Lo0, it says there is no label for the host but the output of 'show mpls forwarding' shows the label.
(11.0.1.1)(Lo0) CE-11 <<<PE-A<<Confed-A>>>>> ASB-17 <---> ASB-18 <<<<<Confed-B>>>PE-B>> CE-12 (Lo0)(12.0.1.1)
NOTE: This setup works in the live network but couldnt make it in simulation.
What did i miss? Please help
