IS-IS Interface CISCO_XR (No cfg topology can participate)

In this situation, my Router_A not established a IS-IS session witch other Router_B, and this is a information on interface

This is a network /30, ARP ok conectivity ok 

I apply a reboot on router, but not successfuly, 

I replaces with another network /30 in router and peer router but the status of (No cfg topology can participate)  kept

Hello kauemoncao200,

Can you share the configuration?
I've seen this before if ISIS is configured with single-topology, but you don't enable ipv6 address family on the interface.
This will trigger this issue.

Thanks for the information Srs. 

I remove the ipv6 unicast family on Isis and the adjacency is Go to UP, 

Very good and interesant guys.
