NCS540 not recovering from power outage

Hi,

I am having problems with NCS540 after power outage.

When the device loses grid connectivity, it will not reboot when AC comes back on.

Devices power LED's are blinking green (dual PSU) and all interfaces are down, problem is resolved with manual reboot.

Is there some sort of power management config that I should look at or what could be the issue?

Cheers!

OLD days in the Bios setting, when the Power failure happened, the device you can configure for power off or ON of the last status.

Attached to the console and see what is the output you get, if you get the same issue next time.

by saying that, These devices should be back as expected after power loss and power back again, I would suggest raising a TAC case to investigate for you.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Thank you for your reply.

The NCS540 seems to have limited BIOS functions, I basically see only possibility to change boot order.

There are some options to erase hard disk and that's about it.

If someone knows how to do more, it would be appreciated.

During the outage I have limited amount of time to troubleshoot so any idea what I could look would help (of course the basic show platform/inventory will be done).
