Freddy,

Are you also seeing this accompanied by sysdb timeouts?  Can you look at the syslog at this time frame and let us know what else you see?  Also, get the output of "show process blocked location all".

Thanks,

Bryan

Hi Bryan, hiow are you? here is the show process blocked location all

Hey Fredy,

which release is this ? can you also get the "show run ntp" ?

May be the whole console logs on what you are trying to do.

Thanks

Venkat Nagarajan.

might be a process block also. what version was this again?

maybe do a proc restart on ntpd and then recommit the changes, or in stages, first ntp, commit, server commit, version commit and see which phase stagnates.

xander

can you please issue "process restart ntpd loc all"

something like below:

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:GOT#process restart ntpd

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Oct 10 07:24:07.189 : sysmgr_control[65762]: %OS-SYSMGR-4-PROC_RESTART_NAME : User lab (con0_RSP0_CPU0) requested a restart of process ntpd at 0/RSP0/CPU0

Narvenka,

that process restart have any impact? because the device is in production.

Ideally this wont impact any services. please issue process restart ntpd.

here is an output that can help you.

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Gateway#show proc ntpd
